This will be a panel format. The panel will include a Partner from Change Guides and two or three of Change Guides’ training or consulting clients. The facilitator will ask the panel four questions related to driving organizational change. Each panel member will have a few minutes to respond.
The questions to be discussed are:
1. What ONE thing has helped you most in trying to drive change in your organization?
2. What advice do you have for others trying to drive change?
3. How have you integrated people change management activities into your project?
4. Can you give an example of overcoming stakeholder resistance?
