Understanding and Planning for Change Programs
We offer two training programs to help organizations understand and plan for change. We offer a half day training session on The Eight Constants of Change. This session helps you understand and address the eight, undeniable truths about change. We also offer a full-day class to help your organization understand and plan for change. The full day session covers the eight constants and introduces the Change Management Model and tools found in The Change Management Pocket Guide. Your team will gain experience using tools and get started on your change management work plan. Both sessions use hands on exercises, applying concepts and tools to work situations. Train-the-Trainer Program
