Change Guides helps organizations get people ready, willing and able to work in new ways. Our principles and tools have been used by executives and employees in thousands of organizations around the world to implement change. Change Guides products and services include books, templates, Change Management Certifications, One Day Best Practices Workshops, Online Instructor-Led Training, Online Training Programs, customized training, change management consulting, and more.

Change Guides LLC was founded in 2005 and provides change management products and services to clients of all sizes, in all industries. Change Guides' partners Stacy Aaron and Kate Nelson have authored three top selling books, The Change Management Pocket Guide: Tools for Managing Change, The Eight Constants of Change: What Leaders Need to Know to Drive Change and Win, and Managing Change in an Agile World: Principles and Practices, and have written over 100 articles in nationally distributed publications. The second edition of The Change Management Pocket Guide was released in October 2013. Kate and Stacy are frequently cited and sought out as experts in the area of organizational change management. They met while they both worked at Deloitte Consulting building the firm's change management practice.

The Change Management Pocket Guide was written based on the simple Change Management 101 methodology and model to provide a tactical, hands-on guide that leads change managers through the change management process from planning through sustaining new ways in an organization. The Eight Constants of Change was written to outline the fundamental truths about changing organizations and guiding leaders in achieving their manageable goals.
